Major step towards autonomous driving; ASFINAG to further expand its route network from 2020 onwards
Vienna (OTS) - ASFINAG starts the next big step towards autonomous driving at the beginning of 2020. To enable the infrastructure and modern vehicles to communicate quickly and securely with each other in the future, motorways and expressways will be equipped with a special WLAN for vehicle communication by 2023.
