The dedicated goal of the European Commission's C-ITS Deployment Platform is to develop a shared vision on the interoperable deployment of C-ITS in the EU. These days, the platform has published the final report of the second working phase 2016 - 2017.
The report documents the progress of the platform's working groups towards the definition of implementation conditions for topics already discussed during the first phase. Furthermore, it addresses the mutual benefits that future C-ITS services will bring in terms of automation.
